We employ a small team of craftspeople under direct supervision of Leon Mege. Every team member is carefully selected to bring superior craftsmanship to all the work that carries Leon Mege brand name.
It has become an industry standard to outsource intricate pave work. However, at Leon Mege we guarantee that all jewelry is hand-crafted from start to finish in our Manhattan penthouse workshop. We do not subcontract any work.
Everything is done on premise by a team of highly skilled artisans. Leon Mege is very concerned about social and environmental impact of his work. The diamonds we use only come from non-conflict zones.
We have an outstanding reputation and a few decades of experience creating important jewelry pieces. Our client base spreads across the globe, with customers in England, France, Switzerland, Australia, Canada, Russia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, Taiwan to name just few.
All of our work is performed under a microscope, not just setting microscopic stones.
We apply traditional European techniques to our jewelry. We take raw ingredients like hard rolled platinum stock, finest diamonds and precious stones, and with patience and meticulous work we turn raw elements into pieces of art to be worn, adored and cherished through many generations.
We believe in combining modern technology and traditional hand crafting techniques. That is why our workshop is outfitted with state-of-the-art equipment to go along with traditional tools of jeweler’s trade.
