Leon's antique tools collection

We make our jewelry right here in the middle of New York City.

The jewelry featured on this web site (with the exception of estate pieces we traded in) is produced by American jewelers working right in the heart of New York City's Diamond District, two blocks away from New York's Times Square.

We take raw ingredients like hard rolled platinum stock, finest diamonds money can buy and with a lot of patience and meticulous work we turn them into pieces of art to be worn, adored and cherished through many generations. WE eploy e very small team of craftsmen and craftswomen under direct supervision of Leon Mege. If a piece did not turned out to be perfect, it is destroyed. There is no drama of taking out a hammer and crushing the piece into oblivion. Bits of platinum or sparkles of broken diamonds do not fly in all directions. That would be a great story for a book , but in real life the stones are carefully removed, metal melted down and the cycle of creation will start anew.

All our stones are set under microscope, not just micropave pieces.

Final quality is checked not by a faceless "quality control department". First the piece is checked by the jeweler who worked on the piece, then it goes through the pier's review, then it's checked by one of the jewelers designated to look at every piece under microscope, after that the piece is presented to Leon for approval. yet when we send finished piece it goes through another round of checks and if something is noticed we might postpone a shipment in order to fix it.
