For fastest delivery, all orders up to $50,000 in value are shipped FedEx Priority Overnight.
Order status and tracking information are available per your request.
For your protection we always:
1. Insure and register all items for their full value.
2. Use only FedEx services for the fastest and safest delivery of high value packages.
3. Require that all deliveries must be made to a physical business or home address only.
4. Disallow delivery to PO Box addresses.

- We are proud of all the fine quality jewelry we make and warrant that all items will be free from any manufacturing defects at the time of delivery. A member of our quality-control staff personally inspects every item prior to shipment, so it is very unlikely your purchase will be anything less than perfect. In the event that there is ever a problem with your jewelry, it can be mailed back to us for inspection and/or repair.

We care about your satisfaction and stand behind every item we sell. If you are not 100% satisfied with the quality of your purchase, you may return it to us for an exchange. You may return the item within 7 days of the shipment date for a store credit only. Returned merchandise must be undamaged and in "new and unused condition" to be acceptable for refund or exchange. Items showing obvious signs of wear or alteration by a jeweler other than Leon Mege will not be accepted. You will be charged 10% restocking fees.
There is a certain group of people who might ask: 'What about return for a full refund? I really would like to get that ring in time for a party, wear it, and then get my money back to go buy something else... ". I prefer not to cater to this category. In the old country we had a word that describe this mentality: a schnorrer . Look it up and you'll know what I mean. - Payment, Pricing & Promotions
- We offer several payment options for our customers. Among those are wire transfer, personal check, certified check or money order, as well as Google checkout interface. Google will accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
Items valued over $1,000 could be paid by wire transfer. Customers paying by wire will receive wiring instructions once they have completed the check-out process. We must receive confirmation from our bank that a wire transfer has been completed before items can be shipped. All international orders, or order in excess of $10,000 must be paid via bank wire.
For security purposes, we may request additional documentation (such as drivers license, photocopy of credit card, etc) on some transactions.
When paying by personal check, certified check or money order, we will deposit and hold each payment for up to ten business days. All check payments that are not received within one week of when the order was placed will be cancelled. Each personal check or a certified check must be drawn from a US bank account. Personal checks must also have the customer’s name and address imprinted on the front of the check. Customers paying by check will receive mailing instructions once they have completed the check-out process.. - Privacy & Security

In addition, when you place an order with Micropave.com your personal information and credit card information are safe. We will never send you an email updating you of our current happenings. If you do wish to receive these emails, let us know and we’ll add you to a list. Still you will receive nothing because we do not send any promotional junk, but if we ever will, you'll get it.
